Thousand and thousands of animal species are much more endangered that the ones shown in this slideshow. Even, some of them, such the Red-Billed Toucan (Ramphastos tucanus) are not endangered absolutely. Much more attempstion should be put in much more other animals, such as Pitta gurneyi, Campephilus principalis, Lynx pardina, Tyto soumagnei, Pithecophaga jefferyi, and much more...

There is a small pack of wolves in Scotland contained in a remote location. It's a reintroduction project to control the red deer population. The location has not and will not be released due to the fact that those trophy hunters will slaughter the lot.

That's wrong. The South China tiger is the most endangered animals today, it is extinct in the wild. 60 of them are left in zoos[All in China], and they all are descended from 6 founders, so all are inbred. Experts estimate that they will go extinct withint 10years.

Yes I too love thylacines but wouldn't you consider thylacines as being functionally extinct, which means there still may be some in the wild, but not enough to consider the animal an actual "species". I love thylacines and always did since I was 10, and I always had hope that someday, someone could have evidence and prove that a small population of thylacines still do exist =).
