This game is nice, but I prefer the classic 2D platform from the original Metroid series. Good thing Metroid Other M is a mix of 1st person, 2D platform, 3D platform and fight. It's a very complete game, I can't wait to play it.

I may wait to dig into your Echoes videos. I still haven't played it so I don't want to spoil anything. But if you have Super Metroid, I may check those out. = )

in a previous battle the boss fell on samus and spreading her with phazon, thas why she gains the suit and in the battle with metriod prime at the end when she defeats it it takes away the suit from samus

I remember how she got the suit, but I don't remember metroid prime taking away the phazon suit... Just that she didn't have it at the end of the game, in the ending cutscenes... That's what I meant, sorry if I wasn't clear :)

The metroid prime's essence need a body to inhabit in order to survive. It was trying to merge with Samus, but she resisted and it was only able to abosrb the phazon suit and a blueprint of Samus.

Nintendo did the best job ever making her face look as real as anything in this game, this far surpassed anything else like it back in its day, even up until now somewhat. Then they went and made her like a cartoon in all the other games and totally ruined it.
