  • excellent man good job

  • Good technique

  • way to go heavey on this demonstration

  • thanks

  • The video is cool but exercise alone won't help you build lean muscle. I do know a link of a site that gives you informations and workout plans to help you achieve the lean muscle look that adds up to your appearance. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

  • @mabalasik1982 you mean scoobysworkshop(dot)com or musclehack(dot)com or sixpackfactory(dot)com ? all have free work out plan and routine and other informations. and all workout programs are free.

  • what is the differnce between stiff and straight legged dl?

  • @phoonjzc when your legs are entirely straight you need more strech + it targets more the glutes

  • hamstrings and lowerback

  • that looks like a back excersize.

  • I agree with Lady boo that deadlift is more for your hamstrings!

  • @TheGazzaful your doing it properly u are defo correct, i agree

  • just watch dorian yates version..he doesnt lean back, hes keeps the tension on the hams..

  • Ladies and gentleman: The doggy Style !

  • Should I imagine driving my body weight through my heels on this move? I have a hard time keeping my back aligned straight, it arches. Is there a exercise I can do to improve that?

  • @paleheroes Use less weight? the point of the exercise is to strengthen lumbar mainly thats why its hard. Start with lower weight, and work up..

  • @s3thisc00l The point of stiff leg deadlifts is for the hamstrings not the back.

  • @LaybowWoo Though a regular Deadlift works more of the Legs?

But is it that this type works more of the hamstrings than the other type, but both work the back equally??

  • @paleheroes my personal tips i use are pinch your shoulders blades together and i pop your butt out a bit just before going

  • Isn't that FUBAR for your back?

  • @Rickokun No - this exercise is specifically for your back. As long as you maintain an arch in your lower back and use good form, it should be fine.

  • hot.

  • @dangloc89 Because he either trains his upper body more then his lower body, or has poor calf genetics. Don't be mean, he's just trying to teach.

  • @xxGlitterwingsxx NOPE WRONG!! i have the same thing, he just has thin lower part of his legs. my higher part of the legs are very nice but my lower part have been always to thin

  • @TheTertullian same and theres nothing i can do about it- bone structure, big upper legs nothing on calves- oh well!

  • when youre sayin full stretch, you dont mean like stretch i the lower back, but stretch in your thigs, right?

    nice form btw
