I don't know what it is about it, but I can't say that I am the biggest fan of the HMH overlay. Don't get me wrong, it is very well done, but it feels very shallow to me, unlike the original HM which has a rich and illustrious backstory (could be because it was made by DTL and not Imagineering). IDK, maybe it bothers me that I cant ride the real HM during Halloween (this is, after all, a X-mas overlay).

I went on this ride with my parents for my 21st birthday weekend last year. My dad was sick on Saturday November 13,2010,because he couldn't join us.

@sailordragon Disney World considered it due to popular request by the fans, but then at last minute WDW said "We are so popular as is that we dont need Haunted Mansion Holiday!" and Japan got it instead that year :/
