How? The unratified 14th amendment of 1868 states all Americans are now 'citizens of United States' who may NOT question the public debt. Read it. It paved the way for the Organic Act of 1871 created the 100 sq mi. District of Columbia a sovereign corporation like London and the Vatican. That is why when elected members and military 'swear their oaths to the Constitution' they are swearing their allegiance to a foreign corporation that has 'captured' America in bankruptcy beginning in 1860 when it forced Lincolns hand to sign executive order confiscating all public lands(including Native lands) for collateral to a loan that would hold All Americans in usury bondage in perpetuity.  The 14th amendment 'legally' created all Americans as corporate collateral for the loan.

The yellow fringed flags indicate the 'de jure' government was 'captured' and is now under Admiralty jurisdiction. There are two Constitutions. One is the original de jure Constitution c.1791-1860 which included the original ratified 13th amendment that banished members of the BAR from holding office upon penalty of death.

This 'voter fraud' has been going on since just before 'the civil war'.

I would recommend to all to get to the Google books and read then congressman Charles A. Lindbergh's book, ' Banking, Currency and the Money Trust'. Just as fresh now as then. The 'banking parasite' has grown into a voracious monster. Swanson and ALL government members are simply willing corporate players working to 'feed' this monster. That includes Barden here. If any of you had bothered to look up the info independently, you would see the I-team report was from Mar-08, over two years ago. There was no misconduct found or it would have been reported. Dead end story that only a political hack (running for office) would dredge up as some kind of issue.

"Pretty flimsy arguments?" "Nothing more than a weak smear video?" mnwindchill, is THIS the kind of behavior that the TOP LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN THE STATE should engage in? Equally unfortunate is the fact that Ms. Swanson is a media darling and a total failure as a prosecutor. We desperately need an ethical, courageous person in this office after 40 long years, and Chris Barden is the right guy for the job.

I suspected there was corruption, but I never realized it was quite this bad.
