You guys are giving Barcelona a bad name, the FACT is as a tourist you can get robbed anywhere, London, Paris, Rome, NY, Miami, Barcelona, Madrid, it has nothing to do with Barcelona, actually Barcelona is a great city, full of culture and great people, you two must be nerds. Lol.

@DroidNoid You may be right, but that is not about which is the worst city, it's about concern people telling others to be careful. and if a business is robbing others it openly it should be told and let others knows. I care for others that why I post this, making sure people are aware.

@Denjo1958 i stayed there for more than a week and wasn't robbed.. I think you just need to be streetwise, don't go out with loads of cash and leave your bad wide open and learn a bit of self-defence.. I certainly felt safer in Barcelona than I did in London..

I like barcelona but crime is so open in public that you have to keep on alert at all times, got rob plainly by a restaurant where we dine, make sure that what we order,assure the price was correct, when we get the bill, they charge us double, told us the price on the menu is for one person not per plate. we order one plate even it says 4 people can share.

The restaurant "Egypt" onLas Ramblas they look and talk nice to you but once you eat there they became rude and say "no english, sorry" . bye
