I think it's great you're thinking of your relatives in this way. A couple of things... this is how you spell "cochlear" as in implants, and if you had to wer hearing aids, would you cover them with your hair, and why?

I didn't realise it had a 'r' on the end of cochlear- I'll make sure I'll change it.
I'm not deaf but if i was I wouldn't be bothered about wearing hearing aids so I wouldn't be ashamed to have my hair tied back or anything like that!
