  • Love these tutorials disguised as WIPs, looking awesome brother!

  • keep the vids coming steve! lovin them. the Nu progress is looking great and I think it's awesome you include mini tutorials in your videos for those who asked. you da man. -Harris

  • Great vid and progress, i agree stickers suck lol, i have some stuff from micro mark for the waterslides that you apply once its all dry and cured, it fully desolves the clear part of the water slide leaving only the color part and looks like was painted on. i have to thank one of my patients thats a avid HO train builder for that.

  • @TheGunplameister thanks my brother! i know you have your hands full as well!! did you decide a color for your kyshatria? i have heard good thnigs about micro sol and micro set! need to pick some up. but mr mark setter and softer work great as well. thank you for watching my friend. good luck on your work so far!

  • very inspiring tutorial Steve! it's getting more exciting every WIP. i learned something new on panel washes. thanks :)

  • @arvinangeles2000 hey no problem man! glad i could help you out! i try to pass on what i learn as well. so that others dont make the same mistakes i made in the past! its good to share!!

  • Dude skip the second gloss and go straight to flat. Unless you plan on doing any other washes or weathering I would go straight to flat ofter decals.

  • @mvm3897 that would save me some time matt! i may do that! thank you for the suggestion. because this is really taking some time.....great work on your xeku zwei!! its looking amazing!

  • Man your making the rest of us look bad. Looking very nice man.

  • @mvm3897 my humble thanks master mrozek!! i really appreciate your encouragement my friend!! thanks for watching!

  • Keep up the good work bro!!!

What would you do after this beast?

I mean how will you return to a pg or mg after so long and hard work on this kit?

Nice video Steve and thanks for sharing!

  • @REBOOTYOURSELF100 hmmm not sure whats next....i do have a g systems sinanju i could work on...but i want to bust out some of my plastic kits next! not sure which one! thanks for your comment and for watchng my friend!!

  • I use testor enamel paint too YAY!!!

  • @albertoxFTW i only use it for washes...not really a big fan of enamels due to the dry times they have. really like the lacquers! hope you are well al! thank you for watching bro!

  • I'd dip the decal in water for like 2 second, then take it out and wait, the decal will come loose anyway, without staying in water for long, 'the glue' won't be washed away

  • @ingenhk i just read that exact same thing on a forum.......looks like its true. i will keep that in mind. thak s ingen! how have you been my friend?! hope you are well.

  • @SNEEPER1980 I'm fine, I'm working on a kit, expect to finish it in 3weeks

  • I meant almost done! Awesome work!

  • @heroz3000 thanks for watching my friend!! glad you like. also thank you for sticking throuhg this long video!

  • Awesome done it looks like can't wait to see the finish piece Sneeper, keep showing that gunpla! Do you what your next project is yet?

  • @heroz3000 hmmm....not sure what is next for me. i have a ton of stuff to work on..we will see.

  • Another great WIP!! Nice tutorial on the decals and the paintjob looks really flawless!

Can't wait to see this kit in it's full glory!

  • @fl1pme1ster you are too kind my friend! sorry for draggin this build out so long...all i want to do is finish this kit and move on to the next. hey great LEDS you got for the AGX-04!! so AKO creations huh?? looks like i will have to check them out.

  • btw, you said you likes my mixes a while ago...I got a new one up. Check my channel if you need some modeling music. Sorry for over posting

  • @djganesh you would let me use them?? i would love to use some new music in the vids!! no problem for posting my friend! glad you watched my friend!

  • @SNEEPER1980 not mine! just a dj mix. sorry.

  • @djganesh its all good! no worries!

  • Like the family in the background saying "Oh! Sorry!"

  • @djganesh yeah they busted in while i was filming...haha!!!

  • We are not worthy. Holy crap. Nice work.

  • @djganesh you are too kind my friend. this hobby is fun and with the right research and practice everyone can do it! thank you for commenting!

  • me personally, i would have used preshading for the raised surfaces so the lining would have been very light .

  • @nemisous83 i am not that great at preshading yet....i wil have to practice more.

  • @SNEEPER1980 i would dread having to panel lines on the raised surfaces.

  • @nemisous83 its a bit tricky to get it right...and the clean up is more diffucult than the regular panel lines.

  • @SNEEPER1980 hopefully its size makes it a little bit easier, it would be unbearable to do this kind of thing on a 1/100 or a 1/144

  • @nemisous83 yeah it does help but it also shows all you mistakes too...being its size,. you really have to clean up well

  • im telling you guys the MAC forums is the perfect place to increase your modeling skills i used to be rather noobish, now I've leveled up to intermediate stuff.

  • @nemisous83 exactly bro. thats why i try to let people know about it. i learned so much from the forum myself. gotta thank kamm for draggin me down there.

  • The kit looks so beautiful bro... wow. So stunning and clean. This thing is going to be such an incredible finished kit. HALL OF FAME! hahaha. Fair play for decaling with 1 hand bro. Nice work. I think il show how I apply my decals too when i finally get to that stage with drekky ^^! x love u bro

  • @kamniks thanks kamm i hope the video wasnt too long my friend. and i hope what i showed people was accurate. i am excited to see the next Drekky work in progress!!! that kit is lookin great!! thank you for checking out the wip my brotha!!! hope you are doing well!!

  • @SNEEPER1980 just wondering mate, is it a problem if I panel line wash my kit with that painted with

lacquer (primer) ==> enamel (base colour) ==> mr.top coat (I believe it's lacquer paint as well) ==> and enamel wash.

    thanks for your help mate.

  • @MrSvendancer i believe since you have top coated with the lacquer you should be ok...but if you are concerned about it.....test a piece first!! but i am pretty sure it should hold up bro! but for new techniques always test first!

  • can i buy water decals seperatetly or do they just come with certain kits?

  • @kid3050 most definitly you can buy waterslides for most kits!! samueldecal com is a great place to buy aftermarket waterslides. and you can do an ebay search under gundam decals to find all sorts of bandai brand and aftermarket decals... samueldecal com is undergoing website maintenance for now but should be up soon. if you want the link to samuel pm me and i will send it. cant show links in comments

  • nice vid man

  • @jbelux my thanks to you kind sir!! glad you commented and watched! it means alot my friend!

  • @SNEEPER1980 thx i love your video and i like the kits you are build, nice work and more wip's on the 1/48 scale nu
