  • My God I played this game when I was like 3 or 4 years old with the Mummy Jeweled pack on my family computer, I kept on getting scared and having nightmares when you went into that sub thing and went out and got eaten by the giant squid , or when you try to steal the crystal to many times :p haha

  • Tim Curry is the best!!

  • One of the first games i played of this kind, next to Myst. I always got stuck at the dang hedge maze. Even with a guide following the proper path was still though. Nice to see someone finally did a Lets Play/Walkthrough of this game.

  • I remember playing this when I was way younger. I obviously didn't make it far. But wow what a memory.

  • "NEVER EVER TOUCH MY NUTS DO YOU UNDERSTAND!"

  • hey, anyone knows where to dl this game? It's kinda hard to find it

  • @theazi2 I don't endorse illegal downloading and won't allow this kind of trade on my video comments. Currently I have 4 copies, 2 in box, and there's a fifth I found and sent away. I keep bumping into them at 2nd hand stores and buy them for Tim. You just need to know where to look. Try a Goodwill sometime.

  • the hanging sound is too real.

this game should be as respected as Myst.

First pc game I ever played..did it come before Myst?

  • @TheSleathable First Myst game version dates from 1993, this one's from 1995.

  • If I had the hand of a woman every night be a happy ending

  • @Cam6990 You'd better be left-handed then.

  • @BonnyBP hey i remember playing this game as a kid such good memories. I wish I could find the torrent. I remember the picture in the bedroom would freak me out.

  • Cos' of this video me and my cousin have started to reply this game and thankfully if it wasn't for your walkthroughs we would still be lost in same place that we normally get stuck at back in 1996. Great work!!!!

  • Thank you so much for doing this. As a kid, I only got to play the demo and was so interested in the story. Thanks for letting me finally watch it.

  • i get errors when installing the old quick time in vista, any help?

  • "Do not touch my nuts"

    ROFL! XD

  • Imagine you wake up. There's a blurry figure over you. You eyes adjust only to find the figure is....... Dr. Frank N. Furter?

  • Thanks for putting this up. I was too scared to play. yes im female and yes im sensitive. x(

  • I could never get this game working again on Windows XP or after, even with DOSBOX I just could never get it to work like old times.

  • @HangmanVIW2 It's not a DOS game at all, so it's not surprising that it wouldn't work. What I did on my Vista:

    -run Setup as admin

    -Setup game

-When the installer searches for a Quicktime player, abort the search and install Quicktime 2.0. This won't affect any more recent version of Quicktime you may have.

-Set game to Windows 95 compatibility, and set it to Always Run As Admin

    -Run game.

  • @BonnyBP Sweet, I'll give that a try. Thanks for your help!

  • Oh god this game. I had a demo of this on my old mac and it scared the hell out of mefor some reason. Got to play this again and see how it turns out :D

  • of course it has tim curry

  • oh yea, I played this game a couple years ago (6-7) and this was a very good click adventure.

  • I've got the demo of this game, it goes to the part where you are about to open the door with the big lock, and then it ends. The music used to freak me out!

I've been trying to find a game that hasen't been put on youtube yet, but it seems like EVERY single game walkthrough/longplay/let's play EVER, has already been put on here. And I have to admit, this game is a lot different to the demo, like at the begining where he lifts up his arm and its a womans hand.

  • @spikew10

Try Black Dahlia. It has Dennis Hopper.

There's nothing wrong with doing a walkthrough that has been made before, ifyou can add something: like witty commentary or a speedrun.

  • @spikew10 Masters of the Rune Stones. In fact, I've only found about 5 mentions of it on the Internet, I had no idea I had such a rare game.

  • @spikew10 OMG EXACTLY THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!

  • @spikew10 Yeah, I've seen some clips from the demo and it is quite different. Hah, don't feel bad about trying to find a game that doesn't have a walkthrough up. It's actually refreshing to see so many walkthroughs on YT. They are different quality, length, skill, etc. and some have stupid commentaries while others are just the game's sounds.

  • A demo version of this came with my first Mac computer. I was always curious about how it ended. Thanks for posting these.

Oh man. On top of everything else Doc Timenstien does to Phillip, he puts female body parts on him! Talk about twisted.

  • jees this was made 2 years after i was born lol

  • Is it Tim Curry?

  • I adore this game. I have not thought about it in quite some time. I played it when I was much younger and it truly scared me. The puzzles are some of the best--I fondly remember making the life crystal.

  • anyone know where I can find this game for the PC really cheap?

  • Wow, this game was fun. Gotta love Tim Curry. Does anyone remember Mummy: Tomb of the Pharaoh? That was just as good imo.

  • @LifeForBass I DOOO! almost beat it to but i got stuck wasn't even close to beating this one lol

  • i played this when i was 4. i still remember the scene where you see a brain (making sounds or something) after repairing a stair. fuck this was so scary at this time :S

  • the oscar for the best role in a video game: tim curry in gabriel knight sins of the fathers!

  • OMG i loved this game when i was a kid!

  • I couldnt get past the conveyor belt with the rocks near the end. The game was glitched up.

  • you mean Dr Franknfurter

  • lol the guy i forget his name playing the scientist . I have always liked him as an actor

  • Tim CUrry

  • Thank you so much for posting this! I haven't played this game in years...

  • Don't forget that Tim Curry (Victor) was Frank'n'Beans in the Rocky Horror Picture show!

  • Mmmm... Tim Curry speaking Portuguese? Do you think you could put some vid of it on-line? Sounds like fun!

  • I like how you run this old Windows 3.1 game on Windows Vista.

  • Very interesting.

LOL. Could you imagine all the Rocky Horror Picture Show related jokes you could make regarding this game alone? Would be hilarious, that's for sure.

    For example-

"Hmm, Tim Curry playing a mad scientist who creates a man...Nope, doesn't ring a-Wait a minute!"

    And

(As "Phillip" is talking) "Rocky, I can hear you monolouging!"

    And

"Didn't you make a man already? And, didn't end badly for you? I seem to recall something about a laser...."

  • Not to mention that point where he says "a toast... ... ... in celebration!"

  • LOL. Also....

(When Frankenstein points out that he's made a man) "And it only took you seven days!"

    and

"The only thing that's missing is Richard O'Brien as Riff Raff...er..I mean...Igor...I mean Riff Raff..I mean...Oh, forget it."

    and

"I'm bored. Now, where's Brad and Janet..."

  • @BonnyBP

I know. I wanted to throw toast at the computer screen.
