  • Ciekawe ile osob stracilo palce wykonując tą prace

  • That knife must be soooo sharp. That would such to cut yourself.

  • yeah....should have included skinning the fillets.

  • @flamedrag18 ...yea he didnt finish wat the hell...lol

  • just imagining my body being "speed fileted" *shivers*

    this is pretty amazing!

  • @thelumbahjack killin's easy. building things that last and work for most people...that's hard.

  • TootsandGrizz....post photo of female deckhand : )

  • It's about 50/50 as to how many people leave the skin on when they fillet them. You don't have to worry about that side freezer burning if ya leave the skin on and the skin pulls right off on the bbq. I prefer to take the skin off of mine however...so ya get a nice flavorful crust on the halibut when you cook it. Matter of preference I guess. I here those fluke are pretty darned good to eat!

  • He still has to skin it, no? Or do you guys cook it with the skin on? I know we do smaller fluke in a similar manner, but after the fillets are off you have to skin them. So, it would be a little longer...

  • dam......

  • Good job, but a female deck hand filleted ours faster......on a moving boat!

  • could be better,not bad.

  • razor blade for a knife good work..

  • thats what its all about, quick, clean and no messing. good job.

  • ITS A JOKER FISH !! :O

  • Fast, nice sharp knife too, but I dont get too many big halibut around here so I take my time to make sure I get all the meat.

  • I want that knife.

  • whoa doctor

  • @JewishPenus I love fish and think Halibut is one of the best.

  • didnt ur daddy teach you not to cut towards urself

  • @JewishPenus a lot people, including me, think halibut is one of the best eating fish in the ocean.

  • fast and neat u dont see that very often specially not on party boats

  • aw-some job i take 5 min on a 30 lb

  • @moosehunter1589 shut up

  • The whole enchilada in 3 minutes is flat out fast Tasugringo. Nice work!

  • whoaaaa... easy man.......that guy is good..... trust me... I've heard about him even all the way down here on the B.C. coast.

  • Yeah nice job... .. I usually start on the brown side first..... I had the honours of doing a 241lb hali + cheecks in 3 minutes flat.

  • wow. someone give that man a beer.

  • Gulls shit on docks still, right? Keep that fillet on a clean surface. Respect the fish, and respect someones dinner. Other than that, good job. I could make a real blockman out of you.

  • Hey man.... no gulls where I work... we shoot em' dead.

  • @Trollhaj you wash the fish then steam cook it is best way to eat any fish,i believe but thats me-

put a little lemon will kill the bacteria

  • I'm so happy to hear that the cheeks were taken after the video. that's the BEST PART! Beautiful Fillet job on such a big Halibut too.

  • @moosehunter1589

Explain to me where you see 10 lbs. of meat left on that fish? Besides the cheeks,

which were taken out after the video was shot, where do you see a lick of fish. I just love know-it-alls who rip on other people who don't have a clue of what they're even talking about.

  • you can be fast when you do a crappy job. You left most the meat on the fish.

    cheers

  • Ain't no ten pounds of halibut left on that fish Moosejockey...and yes, you can see thru the skeleton of the fish : )

  • @polarbear2502 Disagree, plenty left on those bones, i reckon i could fillet them again. The faster you go the more you leave, doubt you could see through it without a very bright light.

  • wasted couple kilos of meat...but still, very good!

  • u need the skin on to transport it from dock to home, good job awsome speed, nice sharp knife, the guy i go with (my old man) likes to use my fillet knife as a screw driver for some stupid reason. yes even if tis in my bag or put away he still takes it

  • you forgot the cheeks

  • @rollinon44s he said fillet so why should he do the cheeks ???

  • not takin off the skin

  • not bad, should have cut the cheeks out.

  • nice

  • nice very nice
