I was listening to the vinyl record and it sounded more sped up than this version. Is there something wrong with my record player or was meant to sound like that? This recording sounds better. It could just be me, but Im pretty sure the vinyl was faster.

Older records will need the faster speed setting (And specifically those of the 1960's and before that, given that recording technology was different back then), more modern ones need the slower one. :). I think. :P
