  • "150 million years ago.." -what the bullshit. :DDD omg

  • T-Rex was an aggressive beast. It was awesome and God built T-Rex to kill what ever it needed to eat, whenever it wanted. Most powerful land carnivore ever. Awesome man.

  • Hey, all we have are the bones and a few cave/pottery paintings. So all we can gather from that is that they lived at the same time humans did, then died. Other than that, we aint got proof for anything else.

  • Both those posters in the two top comments have also got the same intelligence level as the dinosaurs they claim to be, bone heads lol.

  • is this from earth making from a planet ???

  • That said...I assure you, and I would bet my life savings on this: if T-Rex wanted to catch a human...it would catch them. Even if you could outrun them on the short distance, it would only need to keep a stately pace (12 mph is no problem when you take 15 foot steps)- a light jog - and it would run you down. If you got away, it could follow your scent from miles away and track you down. Think losing a bloodhound is hard? This is like getting away from a kryptonian bloodhound.

  • @sonbuhitsunei You are awesome sir. Everything you said makes complete sense and its just sweet. You are noticed. =P

  • Also: "T-Rex couldn't outrun a fit human"...suppose that it could "only" run 15-20 mph- with a 10-15 foot stride, it's acceleration (much more important than top speed) would mean it would easily catch any human before they had a chance to get up to top speed if starting from a dead stop. Not to mention, 15-20 mph is MUCH faster than the vast majority of humans - you're not talking a 'fit' human, you're talking an olympian world class SPRINTER-that's what it would take to exceed 20 mph.

  • Discovery specials are always laughable in their fact checking department. Here we have them listing T-Rex's bite force at 7,000 lbs "twice that of a great white shark"...two problems with that; 7,000 lbs would be pathetic given the power of those muscles and the sheer size of the animal - an 800 lb alligator has been shown to bite with a force of 2,000 lbs, and it's far weaker and smaller. Great whites have never exceeded 1000 lbs-they rely on the sharp teeth more than bite strength.

  • @sonbuhitsunei Hey, actually, the great white bite force has been officially recorded up to 3900lbs psi.... it's easy to check this online. just thought id say

  • yes this is very interesting, thanks for the upload, cant get enough info about dinosaurs or science!

  • Finally a video where a T-rex is praised as a king!!! I lived to see this day

  • @Nenadjones2

T-Rex is King of the Theropod's.

Not down-playing any other predator's such as Giga, Spino, Allo an other's.. They all were great at what they did, but T-Rex had advantages above all the other predator's threw million's of years of evolution.

T-Rex may not have been the largest predator to ever walk this earth, but it was indeed 1 of if not the most powerful predator of it's time.

The animal was smart, strong, quick (for its size), fantastic vision.

    The Ultimate Apex Predator

  • Imagine stepping on the egg while it's inside the snake!!

  • There is no lawyer who is too fat to be swallowed by T REX lol

  • look at 10:54 u see something

  • some new study prove that he was not only carnivor but all you can eat machine like he was a scavenger too,he could target a prey and run for it if it is not to fast like an ambush situation other wise he was not fast enough so he use is stature to scare away ones who already killed a prey

as for hislittle harm it was use for matting time

and all of that is according to new studies

for my part i think will never know exactlyhow this animal behaved but it was surely one on the most powerfull

  • @Naomigirl101

Too bad for you, T-rex wasn't dumb enough to go to the sea and try to swim. Even if it did, Megalodon HAS YET to exist!

Hahaha...still, your Megatuna would end up in a T-rex sandwich if he ends up on LAND...like a fish out of the water! =P

Tyrannosaurus rex could rip ANY Megalodon there WAS...over and over! T-rex IS the BEST!

  • @JURASSlCPARK if t.rex did not go extinct it would be way larger than megaladon

  • finally a great upload!

  • The only Dinosaur that would give T.rex a tough fight would be Giganotosaurus and Saurophaganax

  • @Velociraptor3500 not true...giganotosaurus was just a terrible fighter..had no depth perception, not much strategies, smaller brain cavity, weaker teeth and jaws..it wasnt really built to kill and rip large living creatures apart, but rather to feed (average so-so killer) so in a fight? T-Rex wins..

  • @ZergSwarmling

While I do agree that a T-rex would most likely win, but Giga is no way near a terrible fighter, it has larger arms, claws, bodysize and weight over the T-rex. It is also faster build.

  • @Velociraptor3500 I can see Giga giving a fight, but Saurophaganax? I've read up on it and its not too impressive to be honest. It just looks like an oversized Allosaurus, but Giga has different distinctions between Allo and Giga.

Still, T-Rex would ultimately win in a confrontation. T-Rex would win 5.5/10 to 6.5/10 of the time. Though, Giga still has a chance of winning, its just unlikely.

  • Shoot! Each tooth is a SWORD

  • 6:30 Jurrasic Park refference

  • just with the teeth alone should tell anyone that trex is king .....no other dino has teeth like that

  • this just prooves trex can beat spino ....spino only has a bite force as of an croc ....but trex suppsedly has a stronger bite than a croc ...trex owns spino

  • @Tobius11 They never lived together. There is a couple of million years between them. Stay with the facts here and don't be going all hollywood on a good Discovery documentary:)

  • Almost everything in this video is completely true! 95% proof! T-Rex is not a king, T-Rex is a GOD!!!!!

  • @planetary109 Yaah GOD of dinos. The only thing i can think of that could be the only threat to Tyrannosaurus rex is Dragon

  • the cockliya

  • "Giant mouth on legs" that was actually kinda funny

  • T REX is king of Dinosaurs just like the Volvo F12 is king of trucks

  • nice vid cheers

  • as there are 0 dislikes, i assume jack horner has not yet watched this

also, great JP reference at 6:29 :P

  • they forgot the muscles in the tale to make it run fast and the arms were believe or not to tickle female t-rex's

  • t-rex is probly thinking about the tricerotops like" i'm gonna eat that fool even though i don't have plan and probly gonna get myself but who cares i'm gonna die by a stupid meteor anyway"

  • break the horns and the tricerotop is historied but for ankylosaurus its pretty hard to break his armour.

  • @monyta542 i keep thinking that! they always say trex crushes bone with ease, triceratops horns r fucking bone! THANK U JESUS, FINALLY SOME1 NOT STUPID!

  • Thx this is amazing !

  • Question: When he says T-Rex jaws are 16 times stronger than that of an alligator, does he imply for the same size? If yes, that would mean dinosaurs were physically super-efficient!

  • @Voydr

He is a bit off by that staement, Crocodiles have a bite-force of 2,500... Recent Studies T-Rex bite force has been estimated to be be between 12,000 an 18,000 pounds of force...id say more like 12 but still that;s just fucking insaine.

  • In conclusion: Dont fuck with T Rex!

  • T.rex is my MOST favorite dinosaur ever!!!!!!! and t-rex is the king of dinosaurs!!!!!

  • Tyrannosaurus Rex is my favorite and will be my favorite forever!

  • "Vertebrate of paleontologist" yes, although I don't personally know Dr. Holtz, I'm sure he's a vertebrate.

  • @vk45de hes one of the t.rex fan paleontologist

  • all hail the king

  • Tyrannosaurus Rex The TRUE KIND OF DINOS!!!!

  • T-rex is my favourite dinosaur ever !

  • EIGHT WORDS PEOPLE :

THE RETURN OF THE KING OF THE DINOSAURS!

  • T-Rex did not technicanly have t run down its prey. All it had to do was bite it, were tons of bacteria from rotting flesh from earlier kills, can swarm into the wound and cause rampid infection. Rex could just follow the scent or use its amazing eye sight to track it down, kill it or just eat the dead body. JP3 is total BS! T-Rex bould have bitten through spinos neck. And when Spino actualy killed rex, it used its ARMS more than teeth and jaws.

  • @ChooseCheese127 but the spino's arm's were not as useful in a fight like t rex.if another dino is under a spino then they are useful.but spino couldnt get even kill it's with it's jaw's.it's jaws and teeth were not meant for combat.spino would not win

  • T.rex wasn't a slow cumbersome runner. Paleontologists like bakker and dinosaur george theorize that t.rex can hit speeds of 30-32 mph at least in a short burst for a about a minute or two or minute and a half. and in a longer distance estimates showed t.rex can hit speeds of 18-25 mph, from 3 miles faster to more than twice the speed of the average human. But 4 those who thinks it's two big to run fast than tell that to an elephant for it has no problem at all. and also the arms still function.

  • most people never even heard of the pterosaur quetzalcoatlus, the largest flying animal of all time. if he was sitting on the ground he'd be as large as a giraffe, and while flying he would be larger than a schoolbus.

imagine such a creature walking towards you, or landing infront of you ready to eat you. or imagine seeing it jump into the air and fly away. amazing.

  • I think everyone is in agreement, Jack Horner is a dipshit. Even among other therapods T-Rex is one of the most specialized predators ever. And JP3 was lunacy. The T-Rex would have torn a huge chunk of flesh from Spiny when he bit him. End of story!

  • @BLowes45

Jack Horner is a dip-shit. He has no realistic proof to back up his ''T-Rex is a Scavenger Theory'' that makes any sense. He think it has small arms an was slow.. Those small arms helped lift it's 8 ton ass off the ground, most dinos at it's time weren't fast either. T-Rex was more the able to catch it's prey.

No animal is pure Scavenger, Even Hyena's an Vultures hunt quite often. With great vision, smell an the strongest jaws of any land animal, T-Rex was no doubt a top predator

  • @XxComablackxX1937 very true, horner has even admitted to disliking rex.and his reasoning's are not accurate

  • @BLowes45 true but even if rex is not the biggest in size he still was the most aggressive and maybe even intelligent in my own theory out of the other predatory dino's

  • dude u rock

  • im not 100% sure but that at 2;05 is not a t-rex skull but a carcharodontosaurus?

  • Comment removed

  • @farinango i think allosaurus

  • Here's something, being slow and taking two seconds to turn 45 degrees makes sense to me. Being slow allows it to see and obstacle that could trip it and take time to turn and avoid it before it trips.

  • The skull at 2:04 is'nt T-rex. Its Acrocanthosaurus(just thought I'd point that out) : )

  • Most powerful theropod ever.

  • The point about T.Rex not being able to outrun a fit human isn't that reassuring, considering the human wouldn't be able to maintain that speed for long whereas the Rex would be able to maintain its speed for a greater distance, simply due to a longer stride. Or so I assume.

  • @TheSubzerogr "GREEK DINO...BANKRUPT SCAVENGER...NOT PREDATOR!" =P

LOL! Another little wannabe "ninja assassin" retard turd making comments who obviously doesn't know JACK SHIT about dinosaurs...let alone about himself!!! Why don't you get out of your mom's basement and smell your own crap?! Unlike us here in the USA, you're having sleepless nights that your economy will now SCAVENGE funds from other countries just to stay afloat!

USA DINO (PREDATOR) >>> GREEK DINO (POOR LOSER SCAVENGER) =P

  • 01:52 Whats T-rex's adult size is it 16ft tall or 18 ft tall???????

  • @DinoExpert2020 they say T-Rex is 18 feet tall but I think it's 16 feet tall.

  • Now *THIS* is an excellent upload!

    Nice job, TyrannosaurusTV.

  • @SpeakerForrTheDead Thanks man! Always a pleasure! ;-)

  • when you saw how strong he mouth are. then you know t.rex would crush spinos head on jp3. jp3 is fake, the dilophosaurus was mini sised. the raptors wer too big. the spino was too powerfull. wrong size at most of dinos. FAKE FAKE FAKE. jp is screwed.

  • @PBdarkraptor Indeed. T-rex lost in JP3 at the behest of Jack(off) Horny...a known T-rex hater! If Currie, Bakker or Larson were one of the consultants, they would've given the tyrant lizard king some justice! I say, if JP4 is a go and for T-rex to make a comback...DON'T get "HORNY" as consultant!!! =P

  • @Misterlncredible

even i know more about T-Rex than Jack(ass) horner does

"his arms are tiny so he must be a scavenger"

so,crocodiles, sharks and snakes NEVER use their arms When it comes to killing prey

The only reason he calls t-rex a scavenger is because he doesn't want to believe t-rex hunted his favorite dinosaur (edmontosaurus)

He doesn't even look at scientific facts,he just stares at t-rex's skeleton

That's it.seriously,he should stick to hadrosaurs

  • @MrOTK95 Absolutely. He's simply not the right person to talk to when it comes to T-rex due to his prejudice(s) against it. Paleo experts like Bakker, Larson and Currie (among others) are more open-minded when it comes to the subject.

  • @VoltesFlVE

another thing i hate about horner,is the fact that because of him, everybody treats t-rex like he's weak and spinosaurus like he's a god Just because they watched Jurassic park 3,atleast 95 % of spino fans NEVER study dinosaurs, and just base facts on the movie,IT'S A MOVIE,do you really think that if you stand still,a t-rex Won't kill you?,do you really think that dilophosaurs spit venom?

These 2 never met anyway.Besides, predators rarely get into a fight.

  • @MrOTK95 thank you! another person who agrees with me.

  • @MrOTK95 - i udnerstand wut ur saying BUT just so u know the T-Rex from the jurassic park movies was cloned wit lizard dna.... that's y if u stay still it wouldn't notice you. it wasnt full 100% natural trex

  • @legoCreator100 you know liopleurodon wasn't 80 feet long?

  • nice

  • Great video. Your account has become one of my all time favorites.

There is only one disagreement I have with the video: I believe that human beings are the deadliest animals that ever walked on earth. We have the ability to destroy the entire planet.

    Meanwhile, go T-Rex!

  • @Cissy2cute Yeah, we humans have become the most ruthless omnivores ever...capable of destroying our own civilization many times over. Now that's something even the mighty T-rex wouldn't do!

  • T-Rex

Powerful jaws that are more stronger than any land creature.

Binocular vision that can see prey from a mile away.

    Great sense of smell.

    Hunts in packs.

Lethal Banna teeth with infectious saliva.

    Great balance.

And aloooooooot of other reasons why T-rex is THE KING!!!!!!!!!!

  • Pure Scavenger my ass, people need to get off that theory. Tyrannosaurus Rex was 1 of the Greatest Predator's to have ever walked on this planet. Just because others were longer, or heavier mean's nothing in terms of Power.

T-Rex deserves it's title of ''Tyrant Lizard King''

  • @XxComablackxX1937 Agreed! With its fossils being one of the most studied (if not THE most studied), it's been agreed upon by many experts that T-rex was a successful opportunist. As far as zoologists are concerned, there's NO such thing as a "pure scavenger animal" because 1 way or another, they would have to rely on their instincts 2 survive! Besides, I don't think a T-rex would just wait for some dinosaur 2 pass out or drop dead! When the King gets hungry, HE WILL KILL to satisfy his hunger!

  • Largest theropod or not, the T-Rex will always be the reigning King of the Dinosaurs and all carnivores.

  • @TheDemonLives Couldn't agree more. I am hoping that someday in my lifetime, a new fossil would be unearthed that would help T-rex reclaim the largest theropod title once again! But as they say, you don't have to be the largest to be the best...you gotta have skills! Something that a T-rex definitely had...a combination of size, intelligence and power!

If dinosaurs can be ranked just like in boxing, T-rex would definitely be the top heavyweight and perhaps the reigning KING of the ring!

  • @VoltesFlVE Absolutely, being the biggest doesn't equate to being the best. The T-Rex had a balance of size, intelligence and strength, the latter giving it the upper hand over other theropods. But I too hope one day a massive T-Rex skeleton is unearthed and makes it the largest again, it could happen, very few T-Rex complete skeletons have ever been found and more are probably out there somewhere.

  • T. REX deserves its name!

  • The CGI T. rex here for me is the 2nd best that I've seen...with the JP1 T. rex still number 1!

  • @VlTOCorleone the rex in king kong was pretty sweet looking.but the rex i n the lost world was my fav jp movie and rex

  • @VlTOCorleone you should see the video t.rex vs spinosaurus in 3d type it in your search youtube bar in that video t.rex killed spino

  • Thanks for sharing this...nice T. rex information video!

  • Now this is the animal that I would've loved to see in real life!

Just like Elvis, Tyrannosaurus rex is no doubt THE KING!

  • @BrunoMannheim but you won't like to meet one.

  • @The136th

Nope, I'd like to meet one as well...with a 10,000-volt (or higher) electrified fence separating us.

  • @BrunoMannheim Lol. I think you would need more than just a 10,000 volt. Probably more volts would be needed. Hah. And that reminds me of Jurassic Park.

  • Freaking awesome! 10/5
