Sucker punches and cheap chots are two different things. And fuck that, anyone who does know anything about fighting knows that sucker punches are completely possible. As is the case above, they weren't fighting to begin with, in fact the guy in the suit was tyring to keep his composure while fattie kept moving in, then the punch came. Caught the guy unaware when there wasn't even a need for a fight, hence the sucker punch, ex-lax.
