Well YOU CANT but it does occur sometimes when you enter an interior. An object, (shirts mostly) get the same effect as the body. Then it starts flinging around and rubber bands back into the original shape

You can acheive the same result in the console versions of Oblivion by doing the Molag Bol quest set to Very Hard with no armor.

this glitch derives from cod4 where someone is killed in a funny wierd laggy way and when grenaded they do this (it is known as the elastic man glitch not human slingshot) this is a commen glitch on verry well known games.

Cool, I've seen this happen to random corpses out in the wilderness but I never knew you could do this to your own self. I believe this glitch is in Fallout 3 as well.
