it's not closing but developers are trying to buy the block its on, but so far a set of apartments are being stubborn about selling, but if it does get bought, the dog will either try to merge onto whatever business goes there (possibly a hotel maybe) or they will simply get a new location. The dog is too much of an institution to close down!
