How do they explain that humans have been eating red meat for millions of years, and that the increase in heart disease etc correlates exactly with refined carbohydrates. How come they don't tell you that over 50% of the fat in meat is NOT saturated.

Just do a search on google news for 'red meat health'. You'll find heaps of them. I'm not going to do your work for you. You're either interested in the truth, or you're not. I think veggie burgers are a great idea and for you to say "processed frankenstein foods" is ignorant at best. I make my own veggie burgers from fresh veggies, and not even a professional nutritionist would doubt its nutritional value. If you want to clog your arteries with beef fat, go right ahead.

Oh, and there's NO studies that prove fat raises arterial plaque.If you had ANY sense at all , you'd know "clogged arteries" are caused by AGEs ..glycation of the arteries caused by excess carbohydrate consumption.
