Aluminium foil also absorb light. Mirror mylar sheet is the best thing available they reflect the light like a mirror!

thoes small caylx u pointed at, at the end of ur vid. are called preflowers and are a good way early on to determin the sex of your plants if u r growing from seed. just an fyi. also your growroom looks pretty clean and well layed out nice job...

Okay hobby setup. Lots of room for improvement. First, flat white paint is much better reflector than foil type. Straight hydro eb-and-flow is the most productive method. Use cut white foam pieces to cover the roots. Build raised enclosures, open at bottom and fans at the top to maintain CO2 flow. Also small fans to blow circular motion around base of plants. Maintain separate rooms for veg and bloom. Take clones on B1 and start "perpetual harvest" system.
