When I first saw this movie I was disappointed. Now I love it. I think it's a good movie, but was just overrated when it came out. I do think this scene is a sad sign of our generation. lol. But if any of my fellow Americans go to England and get a chance to see William Shakespeare's old house, it's pretty neat! Just don't touch anything... I opened a desk and the lady yelled at me. lol.
Interestingly, it's spelt, spelled, not spellt , even in America, where English is a little different. Also, it's you're, NOT your- the word is a contraction of you and are; the apostrophe indicates the missing letter. What you're writing is a different word, implying possession: your hat, for e.g. . It's a red light to anyone with even a rudimentary command of written English that one is dealing with an ignorant asshat, and in consequence I'm going to stop talking to you now.
Yeah, not your kind of comedy, we get it. You like fart gags, or people slipping on bannana skins accompanied by kazoo noises. Why not go away and enjoy the limited pleasures open to your tiny intellect, and stop trying to bum out those of us with a plus room temperature I.Q.?
A couple more things : sentences in English start with a capital letter, and it's spelt, "overrated", with two r's; just for future reference.
@ynattirbelise The line Jack says when he sees his Colin read the mistaken rejection letter, "I didn't get into college and look at me. I'm kick-ass" as he is sitting watching Spongebob wearing nothing but his underwear in the middle of the day has me rolling every time. And as far as why i posted this particular scene, i liked the Shakespeare references; i used this clip for a presentation in one of my Shakespeare courses. The class seemed to enjoy it!
