I myself have lost a ton of weight. I started loosing weight when I was 13, I am now 17 and have lost 50lbs. I want teenagers to know it is possible to loose weight.

@JanaPeski I recommend you to play DDR at home with ddr pad. you search 'how to lose weight' at youtube and you'll see a guy talking about ddr. and basically you have to move a lot. drink water a lot. eat green,purple,red vegetables and fruits. daily 2 to 3 hours of activity.. you must cut your soda, bread and snack consumtion. tell your mom to help you eat healthy because you also have to grow
@cestlina what is DDR ? ooohh. yeah, i should really cut my snack consumption. because, there are times that i don't eat rice, i just eat snacks and biscuits and drink a mango shake (the powder one, not that fruit) and i just received a news that i'm an obese :( i really should stop it.

@JanaPeski I recommend you to play DDR at home with ddr pad. you search 'how to lose weight' at youtube and you'll see a guy talking about ddr. and basically you have to move a lot. drink water a lot. eat green,purple,red vegetables and fruits. daily 2 to 3 hours of activity.. you must cut your soda, bread and snack consumtion. tell your mom to help you eat healthy because you also have to grow

@cestlina what is DDR ? ooohh. yeah, i should really cut my snack consumption. because, there are times that i don't eat rice, i just eat snacks and biscuits and drink a mango shake (the powder one, not that fruit) and i just received a news that i'm an obese :( i really should stop it.

However I'm confused with some of the acidic foods that I thought were healthy....should I cut those 100% and stick to the alkaline foods? Could you make a video about giving examples of different meals, how to combine foods etc... thanks

@xgldngx Far as we know he could have been encouraging her in a loving way, i was more of pointing at the bandwagon and those who jumped on it. We werent there, we dont know, we should not be judgemental. Of course im a bit of a hypocrite here, if someone is not fine with how one looks then get off your butt and start doing joga, jogging or what ever suits your preferences. "I want to be healthier!" while eating a hamburger and sitting on a chair is kinda aggrevating.
