  • I don't know much about nightclub photography, just weddings and portraits, is there any merit to using wide apertures like 1.4 to blur out the background? (ex; 24mm 1.4)

  • Thank you so much for the part about filters. I decided to put one on after I heard that and shot a few pics of my dog. Well he licked the front of my camera!!! That could have been my front element! Phew!

  • I use a Canon 50D with a 18-200mm wide angle zoom lens (Sigma) - its a 1:3.5-6.3 the macro is 0.45mm/1.48ft - this combo is very good - and i would be scared to bring a mark ll into a club lol but it is a sexy body!!!

    my big problem is that if im at a bubble party or if the club is using foggers - - using flash period ruins every shot - how can i get better lighting at a not so slow shutter speed so i dont get motion lines? - i have started using a 62 led light bar and works good - 29$

  • @Alvie1978 its a Black Rapid R strap or  Sun Sniper-ONE the sun sniper is cheaper but similar
