Amazing. First time I've heard of such a brewing technique. Sounds like great idea for hot, steamy days (not like we have many of them in Norway, hahaha!). Do you think I can combine it with zarusoba or hiyashisomen dinner?

Its allways way to bitter, eventhough I use very good gyokuro. I have no idea why it doesn't work... :-(

It is difficult to get real Gyokuro in US, but I suppose Lupicia USA has good Hoshino/ Yame Gyokuro.
