Funny, this episode was all about girls being treating unequally under the law (both by the states, and the feminist groups that advanced Title IX) -- specifically, it is about a single fucked up company that makes money from every angle of the cheerleading industry, knowing full well that girls get more injuries than in any other women's sport (including broken necks, brain injuries, etc.)

As a student of law & politics I can give you politically correct answer and as a man I can give you a stupid answer. The first is that this whole issue goes back many centuries to the days when the wealthy women in civilized society hired poor women to nurse their newborns because it was acceptable to have poor breasts exposed but not for a "lady" to have hers visible (a matter of class, not of race). The man answer is that these breasts are not in an educational program, they're just f-ing hot
