just wow, this song rocks at about 4a.m. sunday morning, it gives me hope..... and thats a powerful thing on sundays after the weekly turs night to sun morning bingeathon
you should check out swervedriver's catalogue. they are an amazing and underrated band. one of my faves ever. mezcal head is one of the better albums of all time.
I saw these guys in Salt Lake and they haven't lost a step. If I had the cash I would've caught them in Hollywood as well. They came out for an encore and finished with Duress. I thought I lost it when they played Deep Seat as part of their set, but Duress was truly the best!
thanks. agreed my camera work sux, but it's so hard to be motionless with swervedriver playing you know? agreed on the audio though...my casio camera must have a terrible mic, or the volume just overwhelmed it.
thanks for posting. too bad the audio isn't a little better...and your camera work reminds me of cloverfield....but I REALLY think its looks great still. thanks again
props to whoever posted this video!! damn...major dejavu! i couldn't even watch this all the way through...i've been a major swd fan since the beginning, so nice to hear those guitars grinding, meshing, growling and crying again!

this is a much better version of the song than that of the album. way better.

this song at this performance was one of my better musical experiences ever... so sad it's likely from a band that won't ever tour again.

i saw them opening for Smashing Pumpkins in 1993 and they finished their set with Duress - didn't really care for the Pumpkins show after that! ;-)
