I can do a lot with both. I like them both for different stuff.
I like the sound it seems to breath.Powerful to.Beat a JVM any day.

Hello. Ive been thinking of doing this to my dsl. Will this reduce some of the extra treble in the dsl's gain channel?

Yes, it will reduce the highs and thicken the tone up
Sorry to flood you with questions but Do you think adding a choke can really improve tone? I know the dsl has a resistor in place of a choke. A high end OT does and I can tell from your vid.
Yup, the choke helps.
Well turn it up ..... bedroom levels aren't for half stacks..lol
