Cotrubas, yes . She died quite a long while ago. I find nothing about her on line and she was very good. I heard her with neil and with domingo in house in chicago. So little was said about her.

She must have passed away a few years ago already and after 1984  she sang little at least in the states. Here in London Neil sings as he did Two years later at the Met with great emotion and a strong top. I have heard many Tenors in the role in house but his is among the very best in every way.

I think she retired in the mid-90s, but I hadn't heard that she died.
