Put a Bic pen cap over the microphone to eliminate the wind noise. A cheaper way to do this is by simpy putting tae over it.

It seems like you can use this no matter what you do, if the battery life is good I'd put it in my car.

Got one about a month ago battery last about 3 to 4hrs when recording in HD the only downside is it comes with a 2gb memory card need either a 8 or 16gb to record for that length of time...

@Amott101 3 to 4 hours is good, the company say 2 hours for none hd and 90 minits for Hd. How much recording time would you enjoy from the standard 2gb card?

Is the microphone pick-up as sensitive as it was? People had to tape their mic holes in the prior models.

The shot seems very stead for the amount of movement going on. Looks like a quality product I'm looking at the ContourHD myself to use on my motorcycle ride up to Duluth Mn in a few weeks
