The AI dosen't make much vehicles if you start with standard resources in the skirmish mode.

Ok, nevermind...found the launch options, but now its constantly crashing me, and I have done everything to the letter on that read me file...why is this happening?

@AssassinExile thankfully will not be needed, I feel like such a nob XD. I had the popcap folder in AFTER it crashed, and then saw the folder it was trying to open was named Popcap for Retribution, not just Popcap. My bad, but yes, this is an EPIC mod.

in steam right click on warhammer 40k dawn of war retribution - Properties - Set launch options :

-dev -modname "Popcap"

Where is this? I have tried everywhere, and I cant seem to find it.

@thedroodxD it's the AI: If you set high resources, it will have enough power and popcap to build tanks. You can fix this setting the resoruces at default
