that vocal is missing because it only comes out of the right hand speaker so this must be a mono recording, i know this because thats how i took it out so i could do some vocals of my own over it

You're right, the vocal on my copy is not as echoey... dunno what has happened there. I'll try and re-upload and see what happens.
