Honestly, Paula Dean is NOT a Southern chef. She is a damn yankee chef trying to pass of her crap as Southern. Southerners do NOT use stuffing. I'm less than an hour from Savannah and I know no true Southerners who would ever use stuffing. We eat dressing. And furthermore, I've eaten at her restaurant, and nothing she cooks is done in a Southern style, it's all done Yankee style. It was one of the biggest disappointments in my whole life.
