  • Wow!!...never heard this before but i recognise the tune. Kevin "bloody" Wilson stole it for his song "It was over", back in the mid 80's

  • My father Ken Hare wrote this and won an Ivor Iovello award for the best novelty song of 1958. It was featured on the Best of Sellers Album. Ken Hare went on to write the music for the classic sellers film 'I'm alright Jack' (1959)
