I literaly add every individual picture into the time line,speed them up and continue that for months"depending on time"

You can take the annotations of by yourself: click the up arrow thingy at the bottom right of the video and then click the option at the top of the menu (the red paper which looks like it's peeling) and that will take of the annotations. ;D

well a page of a comic is normaly about one month for me.

and a animation about 3 mins long is at least 3 months work.

it all depends o how much efforts put into them,i used to spit out pages once a week untill i began learning more tecniques.
