I did a product review on a styling gel called GroWorks. It worked 4 me-gave great definition. I did another video about how much I loved my flat twist out n I explain how I used Raw Shea butter and styling foam--best definition I've ever gotten!

@beautiefool If your hair knots up a lot then wash and goes are probably not the thing to do everyday! Some naturals can get away with wash n goes depending on the texture but if you have hair like mines (lol) then yeah doing wash and goes everyday will probably reward you with knots and split ends! Maybe you should use a water based moisturizer daily or every 2-3 days and that could help prevent it from knotting up so much! twisting the hair at night can help prevent knots also!

Hmmmmm. I found that if I use my shower comb to part and just comb in the direction I want my hair to fall I have a totally different and DIRECTED wash n go. It isn't hard to get a different look to a wash n go, which I hadn't realized my hair could do that but I saw a lady in a commercial and she got me thinking how did she do that.Thus the combing under water once I put my styling gel on. Too bad people don't believe you, I am wierded out that you've had that issue.
love the message here!! Honestly, I BC'd last Saturday (7.24) and I really hated during my transition reading comments like "I wish my hair was like yours" etc. I won'y wear it out...YET". I was NEVER happier to chop my hair and I guess its different for me than many Youtubers who don't live in NY, because hair is not really an issue here (creativity is valued more) in my opinion as a New Yorker. I totally agree with you. I didn't get the straightening your hair just to trim/cut it either. Besides, its a lot of work to go through all of that just to cut or check the length??? One thing that I had to comment on: Although, you are against flat ironing your hair, flat ironing once every 6 months on the low setting will not damage your hair. Takes FOREVER tho! :) I had heard u say something b4 about "taking the risk"...I didn't know if you knew that or you just we're scared in general. Anyway it goes, do what you feel. lol I am so glad im not the only one. My mother always asks if i twisted my hair whenever it looks curly lol. I gave up trying to explain that my hair looks that way with conditioner lol

Hey Ambrosia :) love this vid, your hair looks great...its amazing how much it's grown since you've been natural! Quick Question : I myself am natural, but i tend to transition from straight to curly a lot. Recently, i just got my hair cut...only now when i go to wear my hair curly its not the same as it was! :( Your hair seems to grow pretty quickly, do you have any tips on how i can regain my length :) ? Or know of any good products?

I totally agree with you. I didn't get the straightening your hair just to trim/cut it either. Besides, its a lot of work to go through all of that just to cut or check the length??? Just pull your hair down as you did lol. As far as your twist out, I had the same problem recently but it was still hawt lol. Good video! Oh and did anyone ever tell you that you are gorgeous lol?

ugh you make me wanna take my twists out and just wear it out...I haven't worn my hair out not even once this summer becuz I just dont like doing my hair....terrible I know...think I'm taking my hair out today....btw your hair looks great!

Well no matter what girl...u look great. This may have been a "failed" twistout but the wildness of it is very edgy and looks great on you. Makeup is very nice. Puppy is a cutie pie. LOL Okay, hope u enjoyed your Friday.

girlllll, everything looks great on you (hair, makeup, your positive fun attitude!) work it! you were part of the reason why i decided to go back natural... oh can you do a updated makeup look preferably the look in this video! ( my fav one of all time is when you did a chrome yellow & brown look a year or two ago, i rocked that look for months!)

PEOPLE ALWAYS THINK I DO TWIST OUTS TOO!!! I FINALLY DID A TWIST OUT AND I GOT A VIDEO OF MY PICTURES!!! the rest of the other pictures in my other videos were wash in goes cause i didnt like Ihow twist outs look on my either! There is a product its called jamaican mango and lime locking creme wax, thats the only stuff i would use on my twists and twist outs, everyone would always ask, who did your twists?

Hey Brosia! I love your videos. You're the cutest! One thing that I had to comment on: Although, you are against flat ironing your hair, flat ironing once every 6 months on the low setting will not damage your hair. Takes FOREVER tho! :) I had heard u say something b4 about "taking the risk"...I didn't know if you knew that or you just we're scared in general. Anyway it goes, do what you feel. It's not a huge difference whether it's straightened or not. Keep inspiring Youtube! :)
