  • Great great great tip thanks a Lot man! I do this three times a day!

  • can i mix with alcohol?

  • This will just make you fat, have a protein shake or something with protein at least.

  • @Benno828282 haha, find something that will make someone like me fat, and I'll pay you a ton of money. I have to get at least 6,000 calories a day to see any kind of weight gain.

  • I Tryed It You Dont Taste The Olive Oil Just The Juice But You Get The Olive Oil Feeling ON Your Lips Like This Greassy Feeling But Yeah This IS Good I Subbed

  • Awesome idea, orange juice + olive oil is really easy to down. thanks.

  • Subbed.

  • also, im assuming uve tried this lol so whats gains did u find from trying this for some weeks? in your opinion does it work?

  • so you use this with your clean bulk?

  • This guys a legend...

  • Is condensing all the calories I need a day to gain weight into 3 meals plus snacks okay, rather than eating 6+ meals a day? I mean, I really am not able to do that, I am a full time student and I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a protein shake every morning just after I've got up and a protein shake a few hours before bed and with this method in the video (Thanks for that by the way) I should be getting as many cals as I need, just not enough meals a day recommended..

  • That's fine, 6 meals is overrated IMO. I found 6 meals always left me bloated and tired the whole day, whereas 4 good sized meals would be better at this point.

With what I've found on the last few months of the Warrior Diet, having periods of fasting in the day can actually be very beneficial to nutrient assimilation too.

So if I was going to go back to a standard diet, I would probably do 4 meals in a day and no snacks personally. As long as calories are up there, should be fine.

  • Ok, thanks for your help!

  • Not the way I'm suggesting doing it... although if you're going on a diet and limiting calories to lose weight, you DO want to be eating some fats to keep your hormone profile balanced - olive oil can be a healthy fat to include in a diet, just watch the overall calories.

  • Does this help you lose weight?

  • @fyhx3 No man. More calories = weight gained.
