with pleasure: At BB University in Cluj Napoca there are dedicated positions only for ethnic Hungarian students. The facts are that an ethnic Hungarian is admitted in the University with a lower grade in comparison with some other student that needs to have a higher grade for the "public" spots. That my friend is a pure example of an additional civil right for the Hungarian minority in a public institution. From my perspective the competence must prevale and not the ethnicity.
