In fact, the dog in the third image is from the 1980's and is the grandfather or the great grandfather to the large dog in the first and last images. Three, European dog breeds bred in their home country are larger than the American breeds. Do your research and you'll see. 4. The dogs you see were about 300Lbs respectively. They can in fact grow that large. The Irish Wolfhound is an example.
