i just received a Gretsch white falcon from guitars warehouse. It is excellent. I know full well it is a fake. But believe me i have been playing guitar for over forty years and i am very happy with this guitar and hard case. I only paid $550 to have it delivered by post. Don't believe all the negative crap that these knockers are saying about guitars made in china. The white falcon is so close to real it would take a trained eye to pick it is not the real deal.

The reason it's not in tune is because a fully tuned guitar has tension of around 46 lbs and if it were dropped in transit from a reasonable height, the neck would just snap. If it's your first guitar, you're best off going to a guitar store or best buy and trying one out before you start bad mouthing budget craftsmanship; this is essentially a $40 guitar you got for 6 cents, frankly you probably couldn't tell the different between this and a martin & co

It would have said on the ebay listing whether is was a full size guitar or not, you just need to look more carefully at the information, the strings are nylon, you get them on classical guitars. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the tuning pegs, they look like normal tuners and they seem fine to me. Tuning kazoo? It's a pitch pipe. Nothing wrong with the guitar strap, looks okay. What do you expect for $0.01? You get what you pay for.

Lady, 1) Nylon strings. Its a classical guitar. They only have 3 steel strings, and some have all nylon strings even. 2) Those are called "classical" tuners". They are open normally anyway. 3) wooden frets are normal on a classical guitar because the nylon strings wont wear it down.
We all had bad experiences as beginners. Best thing to do when thinking about a new guitar is to talk with someone who knows. You can usually find good info from the people at Guitar center or any reputable guitar store. Take your time and do the homework.

1.) chances are it would have said it's not a full size on the page you looked at it on
2.) get new strings
3.) Tuning Pegs?
4.) Tuning Kazoo means youre badass and dont need a tuner
5.) Shop at your local music store rather than online so you can try before you buy... (small music businesses are really awesome)

oh wow, that's unbelievable. that's the same exact model i learned to play on 15 years ago! the only difference was, mine was mexican orange and somebody that didn't know anything about guitar got it for me. to be honest, it was a great guitar in that it played so rough that it forced me to articulate what i was doing...but yes it still was a total piece of shit...i've moved on up to a les paul jr since.
