WTF is this shit?! hes doing it all wrong! he mostly works the front delts, and not the laterals.. he need to lower the dumbells more, so his elbow is in a 10-30 degree angle, and then lock them there. then he needs to lift the elbows to shoulder height, instead of involving the trapz.. this shit sux

Do you wanna tell me that you know more about workouts then he does? he is doing it for more then 20 years now, you were not even born when he started working out, so PLEASE stop talking about bad form or anything, look at his body, is proof enough that he knows what to do
There are many variations of each exercise, very few are inherently 'right' or 'wrong'. It pays to try different ways and see what works best for your particular body. I'm not a physical therapist, if you are then I would appreciate an explanation of why this particular exercise is bad. I have found it quite effective and easy on the joints as well.
