I guess all Chaozhou speaking viewers got the "you take off (your) pants" bit right, lol. He goes on to say, "I see your face, you look honest. I apply the needles, you will look young (again)......" After turning the music on, he says,"How do you like this song? ..... I've been a physician for more than 30 years...." I can't make out more than "smoke", "fire" and "house" further on. Most of the translations miss the "physician" bit, because doctors are known as "teachers" in the language.

The Chinese guy is speaking dijou chinese. A very uncommon dialect. I grow up with this dialect, so I'll try to translate as best as I can.

0:08 - "You. Take off pants. You. Take off pants."

0:12 - "I see your face... so *something (probably weary)*. *Something about putting needles in*, and you'll feel better... oh I see you .... *something* you listen to me..."
