  • Would you prefer Audi or Subaru?

  • @sspope

Subaru: long-lasting, tough, correctly powered, and at half the price for the same content.

Of course You have to make a fair comparison: Legacy = Audi A4 quattro, and Outback = A6 Allroad

If You want to impress Your friends with the car parked in Your garage, go for Audi.

Otherwise You always have to take them to snowy, rainy places to make them appreciate Subaru ;-)

  • I have an 01 obs, just got 36 mpg on highway... going reall slow... love it!

  • Any other car would go like this on that road :)) What is so special with it ?

  • @violinoamore

"any other" is just TOO general to go...seems like You are against AWD.

OK, that's one opinion, but to generalize like that does not hit the buzzer.

PERMANENT AWD like Subaru is NOT like 4WD, NOT like other SUV-systems, just do the research before Your statements are made.

  • That was an awesome video...makes me want one lol

  • That video I like. But what happens when your car is stuck in snow?

  • @ss19800 Well, I don't know, that hasen't happened yet. :)

  • @ss19800 "stuck" is not in a subaru's dictionary.

  • @sawyerbobby I agree!!! Still loving the car for sure!! Next adventure is driving from AZ to MI this summer, can't wait!!

  • next few days... ill let you know how it goes!

  • @boatfreak009 Cool!! Have fun looking!!

  • i know i will want the 3.6 and i like the red color but also the azurite blue and gold color... i will be going to my local dealer hopefully within h

  • @boatfreak009 Did you get the car????

  • @gainup No :( we decided not to, and we needed a 3rd row, which stinks!! :( lol

  • @boatfreak009 Oh no, so sorry!! I hope it isn't a mini van. :)

  • Hi,

Would you be able to tell me if this cars rear seat room is somewhat roomy? I have 2 teenage boys and came across this, but have not been able to see it for myself!

  • @boatfreak009 There is quite a bit of leg room in the back, it's very comfy! I'd say if you had little kids and car seats,it's a bit small with all the other stuff that goes with little kids. But if they're just going to sit back there, it's very roomy. The rear seats also recline.

  • @gainup Thanks so much for the amazingly quick response! Sounds like the new outback is the car for me!

  • @boatfreak009 You'll love it. I'd suggest the 3.6, but I know lots of people like the smaller engine for gas milage. Enjoy!! You should get the red, wasn't an option in the 2010 model, I would have loved the red. Let us know what you get!

  • As awesome as the Subaru Outback is in the snow, what a shame that they went and screwed up the look of it with the 2010 model. Looks like every other crossover/sport useless vehicle now.

  • @anooseholay i still think it's gorgeous. They need to do what sells, and if that means make it more SUV like so be it. But those headlights definitely need to change. Maybe to the ones the Impreza concept has.

  • @Zinizzle It is gorgeous!! I like everything about it, except for the bluetooth, that sucks!! I can't wait to see what this winter brings!!

  • @gainup So you would definitely recommend it? and have you had any problems with the Outback?

  • @Zinizzle Yes, I would highly recommend it. We haven't had any problems. There were a couple recall items, but we got them fixed and it wasn't a big deal. Everytime I get in the Subie, I'm happy. Especially the way it handles in the snow, can't beat it!! I guess the 2011 have folding side mirrors now, that's nice. We have the 3.6, it's got good get up and go. So YES, LOVE IT!!

  • wow! it just like.....goes.

  • i love my subaru!

  • i am going to get one because of this vid thanks dudet

  • @thebigpoopyguy You will love it!! You should see what it can really do, especially on the highway in a snow storm, while everyone is going slow in the right lane, you will not be!!

  • i want it soooooooooooo bad!!!!!!!!

  • Don't get me wrong, I love Subaru. But if you have that kind of momentum then you really aren't showing off the all-wheel-drive.

  • @vothry Good point.

  • @vothry However, you do need the All-Wheel-Drive to gain that momentum and keep it at that!

  • Sweet.

Our '10 Legacy (quite low to the ground) had no problems until about 8" here in the Mid-Atlantic after the ridiculous blizzards. Hopefully we're also getting a '10 Outback, too.

  • Looks like a lot of fun!
