@539strt Well, in winter, it is a given that the Arctic Ocean is frozen to its full extent except for the Gulfstream-warmed parts of the Barents Sea. It will be a sad day for planet Earth when it sees open water at the Arctic coast in January, because this would mean your temperate latitudes will become Sahara and the tropics will become hell.
