That's not funny. I'm not bulimic. But I'm almost anorexic. I CAN'T eat. I don't choose not to, but I have a chronic illness to my stomach. I basically have the throat of a bulimic from relux and heart burn. It's not fun to loose weight all the time and feel sick so ,I know what it's like.

I am anorexic with bulimic tendencies, and I do not overeat. Even a "normal" meal feels like too much. It's impossible for anyone to understand if they have not been through it. I have been hospitalized 3 times for inpatient treatment only to relapse each time. It's an addiction, like alcohol or drugs, but as many experts say, it's harder to "overcome" because you can't abstain from food, unlike alcohol or drugs, as a coping mechanism for recovery.
