  • es un clasico :) me gusta esta parte (Y)

  • Сколько раз смотрел так и не смог понять что находят люди в этом фильме

  • no offence but that alien guy near Lando kinda looks like a mexican in the future!

  • thats what the sith gets for betraying the sepratist army and for the murder of poggle wat tambor nute gunray and the others

  • "luke. DO A BARREL ROLL"

  • And the whole time they never thought to block the hole. You'd have thought they'd have learnt from the first time and they would have won the whole thing! Argh xD

  • Because of Jar Jar

  • Why would they murder so many civilians and military staff ?

  • why must the Sith always lose!

  • @LawsonMovies cause there evil and should lose

  • @LawsonMovies cos unlike in real life, in movies the more militaristic and more violent culture allwasy looses. in real life its compleatly oposite. more power some nation has more aggresive it becomes. there are only ever in history been few gentel giants.

  • i hear they are going to build a jedi temple were the death star once stood

  • @IamKingOfHearts so your basiclly saying that they are gonna build a jedi temple in space

  • Haha, as a kid, I always wished that that tie interceptor had made it out :( I still do... poor guy. I clapped and was shouting "Come on! You can make it! you can make it! You can-- Oh no! He blew up!"

  • Take out that "Power Station" playing "Some like it Hot". LOL. Family Guy Its a Trap.

  • no air = no sound

    no air = no fire

    no fire = no explosion

    this movie is soo fail

  • @monster1337bdb Your post is troll fail.

  • @monster1337bdb there is oxygen in the cockpit for them to breath so there is a chance of explosion..but you are partially right on the no sound part.

  • I always loved this scene, it just looks awesome.. I died about 100,000 times in this area on the Gamecube version, and in the movie they had one shot at breakneck speed.

Oh and at about :58 the alien is totally saying "holy shit!"

  • @epa316 lol i always wondered, who the fuck is this guy why is he there he's scary ahaha

  • i like star wars but i have always wondered.............why did the rebels win the war just because they blew up the death star i mean isnt there an entire fleet of star destroyers right there???and what about elsewhere in the galaxy....the empire owned a lot of planets.....did they just give up??? and also HOW THE HELL DO A BUNCH OF TEDDY BEARS DEFEAT AN ADVANCE IMPERIAL ARMY!?obviously this isnt my favourite star wars but it doesnt change the fact that a lot of crap blew up which madeit good

  • How About M.A.D.D. Destruction?

  • 1:37 COOL BLOODED SCENE

  • the one guy who disliked this video was the guy who crashed and died at :38

  • You guys, the destruction of the death star was an inside job, there was no way one shot could destroy it. there were also some imperial officers that were escorted out of the death star.

  • I wonder what would have happened if that TIE interceptor at the end had escaped.

    Would He have surrendered?

  • @GarlicPudding he probably woulda said fuck this im going dagabah like yoda did >D

  • Definitely the best CGI of the original trilogy.

  • @xtremespeed128 No CGI whatsoever. This is pure photochemical visual effects, unless of course, Gearoge Lucas meddled for the 1997 re-release...

ILM were masters of their game in these days.

  • "Not a scratch"

    "Ok not a scratch"

    1:00

  • Inside job, the fires were not hot enough to make the Death Star explode. xD

  • @MJ4ever911

Yeah, it's a conspiracy by the Galactic Empire ;-)

  • tie interceptors are so badass

  • 1:00; Han's going to have a fit.

  • This is is such a great scene , it was so ahead of its time. Reminds me of the ace combat games where you always end up flying through a tunnel like structure as the final mission.

  • EPIC FAIL

  • General Lando Calrissian is THE MAN!!!!

  • This is my all time favourite scene. The drama is intense! the Music is AWESOME!!! Well done John Williams! Love the way the entire fleet is waiting in a row watching it explode from a distance. How could you not get more Epic than that! Shame the new ones didn't have this :[ They lacked something I don't know

  • @ADMediaEmpire They lack nostalgia

  • Death Star Destruction was an inside job ...

  • @koora8 hahahahahahaha I was going to make the same comment!!

  • Shit how much does an Death Star cost??

  • @grassman123 OVER $ 9,000!

  • why did it pause briefly around the superlaser then go boom

  • I remember being 7 years old and FUCKING LOVING THIS SCENE!

  • most epic moment in star wars history!!!

  • as it turns out, those were the droits you were looking for

  • this assault on the Death Star looked so much cooler than the original, but this isn't diss to the original. I just like the intricacies of all the tubing, piping and conduits. Definitely one of my favorite sequences of the entire original trilogy.

  • I always wanted to do that loop Wedge did--too cool!!! Shhh--! Don't tell I said that!

  • The final space battle in ROTJ is, for my money, the best choreographed and timed battle sequence in movies (that involve vehicles, let's say - just to cover my bases.) Never gets old.

  • Wedge Antilles is so totally my hero.

  • @BionicDance WEDGE IS THE BEST

  • @jmm1233 Well, yeah! :)

  • @BionicDance I like Einstein.

  • Wedge must have some strong force with him he survived two encounters with the death star

  • The Ewoks are going to get owned when the Death Star debris fall down to Endor.

  • I'm 40 yo and I've been trying to explain to my girlfriend who wasn't born in this country AND was only 4 years old when ROTJ came out just how revolutionary this movie was for it's time and still is today. From the first opening seconds of A New Hope, movie making was changed forever. Lucas made you feel as if you were fighting an epic war in galaxy far far away. The detail in the star ships, the camera angles...I remember being a kid and being totally immersed!

  • @LastWeekBuzz420 So true! : )

  • @truedude30 how much did she cost?

  • I love the super structure chase scene and its music, it's awesome!!

  • WEDGE ANTILLES IS THE BEST!

  • Too bad that last TIE Pilot didn't make out. He could have followed the Falcon back to Endor and been like, "Fuck the Imperial service. Rebel Alliance, here I come!"

  • These are the kind of scenes that made me love starwars

  • shit...just luck for the rebbels...xD

  • I Love it! :)

  • Bam euda

  • Just classic, one of my favorite scenes from the entire saga!!

  • @jnwestray78 what are you talking about? THE BEST scene in the whole saga!!!!

  • Where can I purchase Death Star models? Other than eBay?

  • wal-mart used to have them sometime last year but it was the one from Episode 4 and have't seen one since. I did manage to find the huge Millennium Falcon kit for $30.00 though

  • this scene reminds me of star fox 64 because it looks so similar

  • I've been waiting for you, Star Fox.

  • This movie changed my life =).

  • Listen at 2:10 The random guy's laugh is hilarious.
