If the Raiders starts J.Russell, it could add a whole other dynamic to our game. As for who need, Offensice line should be priority. A couple defensive players wouldn't hurt. A fast defensive end would be nice, a smart LB that can read and adjust on the fly and maybe someone to help Huff and Shweigert back there. Our defense is solid but we could always add more to the foundation. A fast nimble half back would be nice with our newly aquired O-line.Deep threat would be great for J. Russell.

Um yeah so aware of that, but it doesn't mean jack if you're offense can't produce to save your life. The Ravens and Bears had such dominant defensive units, the offense could afford to be mediocre. Although the Raiders one redeeming quality last season was the play of the defense, the offense was so inept it didn't even matter. Your QB has to have at least a chance to make plays, Walter and Brooks couldn't stay on their feet long enough to look at their options. Yours truly ~ the Bitch.

That is a disrespect to the great unit the young players and Rob Ryan worked at all year. The Raiders have a good chance being the best D in the NFL next year considering the loss of A. Next what's the point in drafting CJ if they don't have shit for a QB throwing to him? A WR is only as good as the QB throwing the pass & while Moss is a great talent, he was a cancer in Oakland. Moss expressed his desire to be traded every week on his radio show segment last season & everyone knows u can't keep a malcontent on your team, it only leads to a bad chemistry in the locker room.

Andrew Walter is a great QB. It's not his fault that Tom Walsh's 7 set drops gave him no time to throw the ball. With the great D the Raiders had, they should have ran the ball a lot more like the Ravens and Bears did last season

that is a good question actually...I wish Al Davis would have picked up Adrian Peterson, or even traded down and got marshawn lynch and a few extra picks. I think the main reason for picking Russell, at least in Davis' mind was his arm strength. Al Davis Loves freak players.

Lastly Apeazay, I think Moss has a great opportunity to redeem himself this season esp. as a deep threat for the Pats. As for the Raiders, they needed to address their biggest hole, the QB spot. JRuss seems like a guy who can potentially be a franchise player, is that guaranteed? No, its the draft you never know who will flourish. But when a talent like JRuss is on the board, as an organization that has struggled in recent years, you simply take a chance & hope for the best.

The release of Culpepper has been expected since last week if the acquisition of Trent Green from the Chiefs goes thru as expected, thus making him a FA. As for "Walter", he's been so unimpressive does it really matter what the hell he gets called? Also, it was never stated he was a FA, he was simply referred to as part of the subpar QB role last year.

Sorry for the Spelling error...but Walter didnt even et much of a shot. Art Shells Blocking Scheme last year was just a mess. We had a better line with the same players the year before. Voner - the Raiders had the 3rd best defense last season, check the stats. Out of 32 teams, I believe it's reasonable to call that decent. And if you're trying to turn a team around, wouldn't you say a change at the QB position is pretty damn important? Jamarcus Russell is no doubt a talented QB and probably has one of the strongest arm of all QB's out there today. So how about you keep your mouth shut unless you know what you're talking about?
