3rd Alarm Fire Beverly, MA 12/25/07

just to clear up anything: Beverly FAO transmitted a Box for 390 Cabot Street in the Gloucester Crossing section near Beckford Street. Upon the arrival of Engine 5 the Captain reported a Working Fire with smoke from the 3rd floor. Upon the arrival of Car 2 the Deputy Chief transmitted a 2nd alarm. Reports of people on floor 3 proved to be negative. Upon the arrival of Beverly FD Chief Pierce,he transmitted a 3rd alarm

That fire was right near my school. I feel so bad for the family.

some one died in that fire.

No one died or was even seriously injured in this fire. The only person to sustain any injury was a Wenham firefighter who injured his ankle.

oh i must be confusing fires! because a fire last month a 47 YO male died of a heart attack

The fire where someone died was that apt.

house (and the synogogue next to it)

in Gloucester. Right around the same time.

Kudos to Bev Fire Dept. who quickly put out

a fire in the apt. beneath me, a couple

weeks before this.
