  • Not dead, stunned. Tarantula Hawks lay eggs on the outside of tarantulas. When the egg hatches, the larva burrows into the tarantula, and feeds until the tarantula dies, at which point the adolescent tarantula hawk emerges =o)

  • ...My balls are itchy... oh wait..

  • I agree with meggers

  • Wow, that's pretty cool. You see the wasps all the time, but hardly any tarantulas. Still, there must be a lot of them out there since there are so many tarantula hawks.

  • man if those sting you god it will make even the most tough guy cry

  • Viet Cong would have shoved them rear end first up nostrils of captured Americans, if they would have had them. But even the VC were never as cruel as the Catholics in the Inquisition. I would not count on a bullet ant hurting worse, Brazilians take hundreds of BA stings at once, become delirious, and recover. It wouldn't take many of these wasps to kill---maybe 10 to cause shock and death red wasp fatality threshhold for "nonallergic" person is 24 stings.

  • thats the way I like my spiders... Dead lol Loves it
