You have to pay tax at Wally-World. I can get the exact same ammo (same can, clips and loading spoon) for $145.95. Shipping for one is $14 and two is $18. If I buy one, it's the exact same price as I'd pay locally, after tax. If I buy two, it's cheaper.
They also offer Winchester Ranger gov't contract M855 (identical specs) for $366/K shipped so it's even cheaper than the Federal M855, and higher quality (in my experience). This is what we use for training ammo, and it's been perfect.

First, it says FMJ because it is in fact a FMJ, the 62gr. penetrator ammo is a FMJ bullet..... Second pretty good deal cause you get the ammo can and what not, but for just ammo, prices online have great deals, 1,000 rounds for $315-320, i bought 1,000 rounds of the 62gr penetrator for $305 and paid $18 shipping, total of $323. Cause the stuff you bought would end up being $310 for 840 rounds..... So i paid 13 dollars more for 160 rounds and didnt have to leave home.
