Although I am not Peruvian, I can relate to these Amazonian children. I come from a small town in Mexico with no library. The only books I had while growing up were my sisters and brothers' elementary school textbooks, and I loved them -so much that I am now a Spanish Lit teacher. Reading is knowledge, and knowledge is power. Hats off to your philantrophic endeavors!
