I have to disagree with you Ms Sapia Ruffin. you tube is a place to be evaluated & judged that is what the five stars are for. 1 star Poor 2 stars nothing special 3 stars worth watching 4 stars pretty cool 5 star awesome.

And that is why entertainers put their best work on. to get the opinions of the pubic. I do agree that your son should stand on his own merits.

Mam, I have followed the story of Ruffin Sr. and you are blessed by having a son that sings like that. I can not compare his father to him, it is just different. Here in the Caribbean it also happens with Bob Marley and his sons, so do not bother. Your son can sing good, he should booka show around this side, in the Sinbad shows.

Mam, if he gets to much heat, travel to Amsterdam Holland, there is always opportunities there for good singers, My cousin sings and dj's there and he is doing fine. Must mention that his father is also an entertainer (retired) that stepped into white clubs Lido, as one of the first black Entertainer in the mid 70's

David no disrespect to you but when you put your tape on for people to judge there will be good and bad reviews. At my age I like the old time Motown sound and David Ruffin had a voice that could make the tears start and you had a hard time turning them off. Just the name David Ruffin Jr makes one compare you against your father and his shoes are going to be hard to fill.
