I once made a pedal for my yamaha acoustic. I put it in E tuning and made the g string go up to g# so I could have major and minor chords. I also had a sliding capo with a glass ring that would stay in place when I let go of the spring loaded capo (a common capo- you know, the silver one with the spring)
@flatpikinguitar Dude, thanks! Why in the world would the lower quality video....be higher quality!? I never would have tried it if you didn't reply to my comment from over a year ago! Thanks again flatpikingguitar!
Brad...great pickin...great product. Could the pedal device be adapted to electric instruments too? I've played w/Hip Shot for years...was never wild about it.
hello, having never used a b-bender or even really played any country, I was wondering what the advantage of bending one string is? is it just to create a nice pedal-tone? beautiful guitar work in all your videos, dan crary told me you were great, and if it comes from his mouth it must be gospel:)
Did you try having more than one sting being bent, how about a seperate pedal board with all 6 pedals going to all 6 stings,I'm sure you gave this thought already, probably to unruly -thanks
There have been several Tele guys that have had benders of different designs, maybe the most notable was Clarence White (The Byrds). My old boss, Marty Stuart, now owns Clarence's odl Tele and while I was on the road with Marty I got the idea about making a b-bender for my acoustic. --Brad
Albert Lee did too, but this isn't a Tele, so there's no rear mounting or messing around with the bridge or strap pegs. It's on an acoustic and uses the tuners and a pedal - that's what makes it neat :)

It sounds cool, but the video for me is horribly corrupted and I can hardly see anything.

Didn't Jimmy Page have a B-bender on his Tele? Your system looks like it does the same thing.
