you dont need a memory card. It has a built in harddrive. If you want extra memory get an 8GB sd card for 40 bucks and add an exta 50,000 blocks on. The stuff on the top is for the gamecube.

I think Metroid is best game! But I seem to be the only one that plays it at sisters house. The rest of em love wii sports, spider man (both copies), and hot wheels. It does get played about 6 to 12 hours a day.. sometimes more. Thats the total play time daily of 3 kids and 3 adults fighting for turns. Need to get a couple more. =)
